No way would she risk that again, especially for somebody she doesn't really know or like.

If your idea is that Fiz would be blamed shoud the body be found, doubtful as they'5 be able to establish he'd died before they moved in and also there was no connection between to establish a motive.”

No. Fizz would not know anything about the body under the floor. They would not need to know anything. If no body is found everything's cushdy.

But just incase a few years later a body is found, Fiz and Tyrone would be prime suspects. Because of Fiz's history and experience helping dispose of Collin and Tyrone who works with the kind of tools Callum was hit with. Tyrone has been known to be violent. Detectives expand on those things.

It would pretty much get Kylie and David off the hook.

On the forensics side. Say they swapped houses 10 weeks after Callum's death. If the body is found several years later it would be difficult to put an exact date on the death give or take several weeks.

As for motive, there are a lot of unprovoked attacks, drunkeness, maybe Callum threatened Fiz...

If I was script writer that's how I'd do the story.

It would be good for Max, but what about Hope?

It wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't wrapped him up in a blanket. Perhaps in about 10 years or so there wouldn't be enough of the body left to identify Callum, but now a skeleton with a daft pirate blanket might be a bit more incriminating.

Quite. They'll be DNA on that blanket and it will belong to the Platts - not Fiz and Tyrone, not any other Neighbour. They didn't even wear floves when moving the body did they? Not to mention there will be residues of Max and anybody that has changed the bed as washing does,'t get rid of everything.

Forensics are pretty precise these days and they would be likely to narrow the date of death and burial down fairly precisely plus of course they will have the date of Callum's already suspicious disappearance on record not to mention there should be a record of when the building work took place due to planning permission.

It has already been 7 weeks, how soon were people envisioning this swap happening? Also, if they couldn't be precise they would know it wasn't precise so look at everybody that lived there during the period the forensics said it might have happened - which would include the Platts. Who is the more likely suspect, the woman who might have.a conviction for disposing of a body but had no connection to the deceased or the people that were embroiled in a bitter custody case and on record as having been threatened by the deceased and also both have criminal records, including ones for violent assault? David is also on record for having perverted the course of justice re a deathh when he made Tina believe Joe was still alive flowing his drowning.

Random attacks are actually pretty rare. Bnearly all murders are committed by somebody known to the deceased and known well - family, lovers, ex lovers. Callum is known to have 2 ex lovers in the Plattt family.

The Platts would be seen to have motive, opportunity and there would be DNA evidence. They would be the chief suspects, even amongst anybody that had ever had access to the house due to the timings (building work, Callum's disappearance) and the situation at the time of his disappearance. It might also be Wirth mentioning that the police have even seen the building work as it was happening when they had gone to taok to them specifically about Callum's disappearance.
