Until last week fourth impact always managed to sing one of their songs from their established repertoire, polished over years. They didn't want to sing 'shut up and dance' which was suggested for the sit week, and went back to a safe, already practised song. This week they had to take on a new song, having to remember the English as well as new harmonies and dances, and it showed, hence they did t seem so good.. They work hard, but a few days is not enough to polish to their previous standard. I wonder whether the producers anticipated this, and will let them have their own way with song choice, or push them out of their comfort zone with new material. Especially if they reach the later stages where they have too prepare kore than one song.. Will they become 'difficult to work with?'

I think this weekend they will just concentrate with singing and harmony... I will be so pissed if the producer give them another song and dance number.. its time for monica and che to have that part of the show...

it all sounded like the backing track is encoded in 64kbps and very loud. They were trying hard to hear their voice, but for some reason the mic gain is all set very low. But they sounded great in practice sessions.

Either way, they are generating far more social signals / attention comparing to others. For winning the competition that is not enough, but for life after X-Factor it means a lot.

I'm not gonna lie and said they did a great job with it.

I think the main issue was the song itself though, the key it was in completely failed with their voice.

I'd like to see them do a slow song next week. There's videos of them doing performances on youtube just singing with light instrument accompaniment and sounding fantastic so they're more than capable of it.

Becausw Cheryl want them to look cool jeopardising their harmony... I'd say try to get to the final first then all out production... it come across to me from day 1 until now seems they are having concert which I like... but some people wanna see growth...
I think it is the right time now to give really good vocal performance and show they are improving... or maybe this is just what the producers want to appear?

I love them but I'm not gonna do what others do about their favourites and lie about how fantastic they sounded Saturday.

Imo it did get better as they went along but I'd also like to see them sing something slower or without the dancing because they're more than capable.

Well accorind to their Twit yesterday they are excited to show what they are working on this week... hopefully it is their time to take the front seat, maybe turning point?

I am not over confident that they are gonna win... I just hope for them to be in top 8 and join the tour because they need income or maybe a good career after this.

I do agree they have a repertoire of songs that they practise constantly , sound of the underground threw them as they more ingrained in American culture than uk.

Let it go would be one they have practised constantly , if the producers want them in the final they will let them do a song they are comfortable with.

I've yet to be impressed by them. The harmonies last week were terrible, their vocals are on the wrong side of shouty and I, without fail, cringe when one of them tries to rap.
