According to Kiera Weathers, who was booted out of the competition on Sunday, her pal decided to pack her bags on Monday morning.
The aspiring singer was allegedly struggling to cope with her friend's shock elimination this weekend - along with Seann Miley Moore.
So much so that she even took to her Twitter account to vent: "The house feels so empty without @ seannmileymoore @ kieraweathers1."
Shortly afterwards, she packed up her things and left.
Kiera told the Liverpool Echo: "She told me she’s left the house because she was upset but she’s still in the competition - although she’s packed her stuff."
Following her pal's exit, Lauren was so upset that she refused to appear on TV2 spin-off show The Xtra Factor on Sunday.

Keira shared this snap of her and Lauren following her elimination
However, she did pose for a snap with Kiera - which the latter then posted onto her Twitter account.
She captioned the image: “My best friend for the rest of my life! I swear she has the kindest heart ever!”

Commenting on her departure from the show, Keira added: “I found it difficult leaving Lauren and the girls. But I'm glad to be home and I’m excited to see what the future holds.

Fairly certain she already lives in that area anyway, I'm sure she's from Wembley. She's probably just gone home for a day

She lives right next to the studio and house. It's probably easier for her to stay at home, to be honest
is it allowed in the rules not to stay in the xfactor house? so contestants can just commute like a daily job
probably both an advantage and disadvantage for her
staying at home she should get more support from family etc and will obviously be in familiar surroundings , but she could also get distracted by "real life" stuff

If she lives in London and close to the studio, I can see that the producers would have have let her move back home without much conflict. They got the footage they needed of all the contestants oohing about the big mansion. This isn't Big Brother - the kind of 'at home' footage is used less and less these days, and I'm betting Lauren and her family have given permission for occasional filming at their home anyway.
TBH, I suspect this will work out very well for Lauren - back to home comforts, a place to escape the pressures of the competition, but still close to where she needs to be on a daily basis. She could do very well out of this decision. I doubt she has time to get swept up back into her 'real life'.

but this comfort could be an unfair advantage on the other contestants who cannot do the same

Reggie and bollie posted a video of them, che and Lauren in the house last night. She looks really happy. Probably a non story or a massive exaggeration of the truth.
If true, she sounds like a complete Drama Queen. Cowell likely to be thinking "difficult to work with"

Or use the loo. I couldn't do one in a shared house surrounded by strangers and a camera crew.
Didn't she say that in one of the vets that she had to sleep on the settee when she was at home. Maybe to show the contrast of the mansion and her real life?
