Interesting news. Classic British horror comic MISTY from the late 1970's that was aimed at young girls (although boys enjoyed reading in secret for fear of being beaten-up if ever found out) will see the light of day once again thanks to 2000AD publisher, Rebellion, who has announced they are working with rights-holders Egmont to reprint MISTY content. The initial strips to be re-published will be from creators who are also well known for their 2000AD work, beginning with the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic’s first editor, Pat Mills:

I do remember "Misty"- there used to be a newsagent in Turner's Cross in Cork where I
used see it, although obviously I never bought it (being a bloke) and my sister never
read it either-she was a "Bunty" fan instead.
