That's the way it is in this part of the world isn't it star? I despair sometimes at the young kids that leave school. I know that those that were taken on at our local Morrisons were all let go after their 3 month probation purely because they weren't prepared to work at it. Morrisons even paid for literacy lessons for some of them because they came out of school with no skills..
