Finally got around to asking for my PAC for both of my contract numbers.

Didn't get offered anything apart from the opportunity to purchase the first gen Moto 360 smartwatch for £149.99 with the cost being stuck on my final bill, I don't think the adviser was too impressed after I pointed out they were £99.99 direct from the Google store after his sales spiel.

Anyway should I expect a begging call soon?

I have yet to receive either PAC via text, they were requested around 6pm.

You could just ask for a discount if you stay with them? 2 months before my contact was up I started a chat with 02's online customer service chat. I told her what phone I wanted and the price I wanted to pay (£6 cheaper per month than the price advertised). She agreed to this, let me upgrade 2 months early (so I didn't have to pay the early release charge) and she waived the £70 up front charge.

Literally, no begging or negotiating. Just told her what I wanted and it was a done deal.

Thanks, I was not asking for much well at least I don't think I was?

Would of liked to of moved to the £21/23 4G 4GB tariff but pay around £16 per month and still be on a 30 day rolling or 12 month contract if the price was better.

Still not received either PAC so they will be getting another call this morning.

Quick update for anyone that is interested, tried the live chat route as brb kind of suggested.

I got both PACs quickly, on the retention side the best they could offer was £17 for 4GB and £22 for 8GB per month both 4G 12 month SIM only contracts.
