Just three women left
Is this the worst female performance ever in the history of the show.
Historically the females have always been better |

Judging by the preview next week where he fires someone for throwing a wobbly I would guess that Selina bites the bullet next time round too, guess it really is a rough year for the ladies.

I actually think it's misleading and it will level up a bit in the weeks ahead

There were two women left at this stage in Series 1 - although there were four less candidates overall that year.
Personally, I'm not sure if April's firing was justified. She did make two mistakes, but her performance in the last few tasks has been OK, and her mistakes weren't monumental. |

They've been quite weak this year but I don't think some of the boys have been great either.

As far as I'm concerned Sam and Selina are the only weak candidates left. Jury's still out on Gary but he will be PM next week so we'll find out

Series 8: out of the last 8 candidates there were only 3 women left
Series 9: out of the last 8 candidates there were only 3 women left Series 10: out of the last 8 candidates there were only 3 women left Series 11: out of the last 10 candidates there are only 3 women left So, if for instance two guys go in a double firing next week, then we are at the exact same point as the last few series. Since the changing of the format, only series 7 was loaded with women at the end stage (with only Tom and Jim surviving). |

I reckon Vana and Charleine have a good chance at making the interview stage.
Sam is a nice guy but don't think he stands a chance. David was a standout candidate at the start but after today's episode it seems like he could be fired soon, particularly with Karren's comments. Scott also did badly today and messed up a pitch in one of the early episodes so wouldn't be surprised if he goes soon either Gary has got the invisible edit, which at this stage isn't a good thing. Will be interesting to see how he does as PM though. My prediction for the final 5 are: Joseph, Richard, Brett, Charleine, Vana |

The clip during the titles where Selina and Joseph clash in the Bridge Cafe would suggest that Selina doesn't go next week, as from what we've seen of next week's task, they aren't on the same team.

Only three women left and two of them are Selina and Charliene.
The best remaining female candidate was fired tonight (and I don't mean Elle).

Another interesting statistic, the runners-up of the show are overwhelmingly women - 8 out of the 10 series so far.

I think Vana will do the best out of who is left.
I've gone from being very meh about her to actually liking her. |

Selina's days are numbered. Most Apprentice winners are personable types whereas she wears the bitch shield at all times. If only she'd lighten up a bit and go with the flow. I thought at first it was just the editing but unless they're being super cruel, she must constantly be whingeing.
Charlene isn't winner material, she's just a small time Welsh girl with a hair salon, talking in typical chirpy salon speak with everyone she encounters. Vana, hard to tell. These yanks can seem very authoritative despite having not a lot of substance. Egotism seems to be drummed into them at school. That said, I reckon she'll make the final. |

Al dont like any of the woman left in the series. Selina is by far the worse. Vana needs to deflate her lips, I just cant take her serious with those over inflated rubber dinghys.

I actually think Charleine is pretty good.
She has something about her. She often displays an enthusiasm and energy which drives things forward. I think that was probably key to how she won the children's book episode as team leader despite the final product arguably being inferior to the other team's. Putting personality issues to one side she can be quite a formidable competitor. Especially when you consider some of the weaker male candidates who have fallen by the wayside. I don't think Vana is terrible. Over the weeks she has come across as quite competent and makes fair rational points. Selina is probably the weakest of the three, she is a whiner and a pain in the arse to her teammates but she often makes good points, albeit negative ones. ![]() But they are often valuable points worth listening to which could help her team with the task in hand. Unfortunately I don't think her teammates take her seriously so fail to listen to her.So I don't think they're that bad. It's just that this show will do it's best to highlight their idiosyncrasies, especially in the early weeks when we form our first impressions. |

All three of the remaining girls could go as far as the interview stages in my opinion.
Charleine is seeming pretty strong now - she's being edited as enthusiastic and as someone who always gives her all, and is often on the winning team. Vana is normally one of the people singled out by the edit or Karen/Claude as being a good factor in most tasks. Selina, despite being as annoying as Hell, does occasionally make good points and can sell well. If she cut down on the incessant whining, she'd seem like a contender. |
