Just watched Cheryl on the xtra factor with her groups and have got to say it's so refreshing to see somebody actually genuinely caring about their acts. I think it was Reggie that said he had been with his wife for 2 years this week and Cheryl arranged a table at a nice resturant for them. She seems to really be getting hands on with her groups.

Then you have Rita ora who has been in Berlin all week. If we get anything on Saturday from her about making decisions with her acts this week we know it's all lies as she hasn't even been in the country. Got to feel for her category
