Are refrozen ice lollies safe to eat?
Does anybody know if it is safe to refreeze fruit ice lollies? The ingredients say that they are made from 25% fruit juice.
I bought some of these and left them on the worktop by mistake, instead of putting them in the freezer. I've now put them in and they are frozen, but I'm worried that there may be food safety problems. Thanks. http://m.tesco.com/h5/groceries/r/ww.../?id=259039385 |

They're basically sugar and water so I would think they'd be fine

The fruit juice isn't fresh it's reconstituted so fine I would say. It's technically only just fruit juice as it's so far from fresh IMO.
