It's kind of like how Konnie Huq constantly put her foot in her mouth on Xtra Factor, except on a bigger scale. I love it

I think Simon clocked his mistakes straight away as well by his facial expression. He was massively regretting hiring him in that moment!

In a programme that this year is a mind numbing bore with mediocre acts and judges Olly is a breath of fresh air and is cock ups are starting to make the programme worth watching again just to see his latest gaff, well done Olly, you're comedy gold.

I thought I must be going mad when he said to Simon about Monica going home. And then he did it again. And then he made it worse by apologising approximately 38 times.

They obviously know how the public have voted. Pity the presenters can't present - or even add up.

So f**king useless that calling him f**king useless is actually flattering him

I actually didn't think he was too bad before THAT moment.

He's like a little Mick Fleetwood up on that stage.

Don't know why they made Olly a presenter he isn't a trained presenter and they sign him up for xfactor hosting the main show . Caroline has presenting experience. That would've been so awkward for him that moment lol

Caroline's horror as she said "NO OLLY, she's not" paired with him apologising a thousand times was horribly awkward and hilariously funny. Caroline should be presenting on her own, that's her job and I think she's fine at it. Olly just isn't a presenter and has shown why.

Well Caroline messed up the reveal last week.

Caroline clearly wanted to start beat him with her mic afterwards.

Would it really be a big fix if the presenters are told in their earpieces who is going seconds before they are about to announce it?
I know they get the envelope to read from but I don't think it's a fix if they also get the info through their earpiece as well.

He can't present and he's a total thicko! He's actually making Caroline seem a good presenter! Lol

This just shows that Caroline should have presented the show on her own. Olly has well and truly been exposed as the worst presenter there has ever been. He really should stick to crooning.

Tune in next week, when olly will reveal the winner of this series of the X factor

Caroline is way better than him. But I actually do think he didn't know who was going home, I know here everything is a conspiracy but before going to simon, he said: if you send monica home, it is over for her. So i do think he just isn't good at maths or he can't keep up with what the judges say. He has made several mistakes during these kind of moments these past weeks so i just think he doesn't really know how the thing really works.

Also I felt really bad for laughing so hard at caroline's face when he said monica was going home. I am pretty sure she had a stroke right there LOL

She said it too quick, but for all we know she had the producers in her ear telling her to speed things up, they might have been running over.

Didn't that happen with the Olympics once?!

I haven't watched this year but will seek it out on youtube as it sounds hilarious!

I can imagine that would be a bit like Terry Wogan and Fearne Cotton on that Eurovision competition a few years ago, when Wogan read out the wrong name!

If you wathc the Youtube video of the moment, you can actually see from behind how Cheryl puts her hands on her face like and Simon looks at her like while Caroline has a mini heart attack right there on the stage. The more I see the clip, the funnier it is haha

I think he did know Monica was going, worse still I think Monica knew right from the start. When they all came together on stage after singing the opening song she was detached from the freindliness among the group and her face was tripping her the whole show.
