BT Billings are a disgrace

BTs billing department are a disgrace.

For 4 months i have been over charged for something I don't have. For 4 months they tell me they will remove it. Never happens.

Every month I spend 20 minutes on the phone telling them I don't have BT infinity 1 & 2 - just BT infinity 2.

Utter joke. Amateurs.

If you've told them 4 times and they still haven't fixed it, I'd suggest you escalate it to the BT customer service folks, and to Ofcom if that doesn't work.

I had the same problem for months double charged line rental and broadband. Posted here and was all sorted out by the mods.

I had the same problem for months double charged line rental and broadband. Posted here and was all sorted out by the mods.
