BT : No Broadband issue. Help
I currently have no broadband.
My OPENREACH modem shows a constant green light for the LAN indicator. Troubleshooting on BTs site says this means no data can be passed to the HUB. On the BT site, it does say there are issues with broadband in my area I'm trying to figure out if they are the same issue, or in fact my modem or hub is dead and the fact that the issues in my area are coincidental. Can anyone help or offer advice so I can avoid the dreaded BT helpline? |

Is the DSL light on? A constant green LAN light is not an indicator of a problem in itself - it just means there is a connection to the hub, though it should flash occasionally to show data being passed
What lights are on on the Home Hub? |

All lights are on both Modem and Hub.
My issues also sarted around 9pm last night. Think their are problems. The BT website says it is due to be resolved by 11am tomorrow so may wait until then to see. |

What lights are on on the Home Hub? So I can see it is connected, but this would indicate data cannot pass to the HUB. Just trying to understand if this is a result at BTs end or an issue with my kit. |
