I currently have no broadband.

My OPENREACH modem shows a constant green light for the LAN indicator.
Troubleshooting on BTs site says this means no data can be passed to the HUB.

On the BT site, it does say there are issues with broadband in my area

I'm trying to figure out if they are the same issue, or in fact my modem or hub is dead and the fact that the issues in my area are coincidental.

Can anyone help or offer advice so I can avoid the dreaded BT helpline?

Is the DSL light on? A constant green LAN light is not an indicator of a problem in itself - it just means there is a connection to the hub, though it should flash occasionally to show data being passed

What lights are on on the Home Hub?

I am in the same position....think there are problems, but BT are saying everything is fine.

Mine went last night around 9pm, DS loaded all other websites timed out, was the same this morning....will see how it is tonight when home.

All lights are on both Modem and Hub.
My issues also sarted around 9pm last night.

Think their are problems.
The BT website says it is due to be resolved by 11am tomorrow so may wait until then to see.

I have the lights on as well....though funnily enough when I tried on my phone it came back with BB problem and on the screen it showed the BB light flashing red...on the hub it was on constant blue.

My LAN light does not flicker.
So I can see it is connected, but this would indicate data cannot pass to the HUB.
Just trying to understand if this is a result at BTs end or an issue with my kit.
