(apologies if you can't see it - this would be for bandwidth issues!)

I've always wondered why the UK didn't adopt the original international version of the Big Brother logo when it launched in 2000 - I think we were the first to change the logo and theme tune.

As you can see, the eye is striped like last year but now in a 3D form similar to the new look C4. The dodgy C4 font is replaced by the official Big Brother logo in purple!

P.S. You didn't think this was the actual logo for BB6. It's a simple reworking of an earlier post (which I can't find!) where someone suggests changing the font - so I slapped the official logo on instead and think it works!

I think something like that could definitely work for the BB promo ads.

Read the first post more carefully - I make no claims it's the "BB6" logo. The only thing official about it is the use of the "official" international Big Brother logo.

I've now mirrored the image above here: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y16...other/eye3.jpg

It's a reworking - and improvement IMO - of this: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y16...other/eye2.jpg

Anyone wanting to play with the Big Brother eye themselve - it's available here: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y16...rother/eye.jpg

Some reposted house plans:

Firstly, similar to BB5 - but with a bigger garden (split to include a courtyard): http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y16...her/bbplan.jpg

A two-house plan: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y16...r/plan2005.jpg

Another two-house plan - designed to fit in the current building:

After Merger: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y16...other/six2.jpg

P.S. Fenixx - your mock looks fantastic. Although my mock gets the idea across, yours has the quality!

As for the titles - I'd begin them with the 3D logo on white, which then animates to reveal the background - which is the same eye as last year but in purple.

The eye blinks - then we zoom into the eye and it becomes a quick tour around the house.

The eye then comes back into focus, blinks, and then the 3D eye on the white background animates on to screen over it (similarly to the C4 trailers), with the Big Brother text / logo also forming on screen.

Yes but you have to admit that the title of the thread will probably lead people to believe that a link to the real official BB6 logo is posted in this thread and that it's not just a thread about what the official BB6 logo could look like.

I agree, it is misleading. However, at least the logos here have been thought out and designed well.

Yes, I'm all for these creative people doing logo and house designs, it's good fun but to try to hoodwink us that they're the real thing is a little bit cheeky! lol

why is it misleading?
bailey1987

because the title proclaims

"The Official Big Brother Logo"

but clearly none of them are official
