In the first week, you can kind of tell from the makeover, how far the contestants are intended to go (Rachel Adedeji; Rachel Hylton, Kandy Rain; etc.), and all signs pointed to Lauren not being their chosen one (in a manner similar to Alexandra, prior to the BGT scandal and reported personality difficulties, ruling out the other two). It could be that Lauren has performed much better in voting numbers than expected, despite minor sabotage, and they've jumped ship, or maybe they were just trying to fiddle the numbers for one week to make sure the right people were in the bottom 3, but it could also be that they'd prefer Lauren to be the one up against this year's important act (I say important act as they may not be able to achieve the win, nor expect them to).”

Hello, please could you explain what you mean about BGT scandal and personality difficulties ? Thanks , 😉

I think she'll be targeted big time by the producers next week. Crap slot, forgettable song, damaging comments...

What do you think?”

I think she just got a bad edit on the Xtra Factor tonight so now I'm worried you may have a point.

Examples from tonight's Xtra Factor:

Showing her making a disapproving gesture at the theme for the week.
Showing her singing a silly song in a silly voice. Reggie 'n' Bollie sounded much better in their song at the end.
Having that dogglebox dog at the end bark at a video of her good performance last week and the voice-over guy comment "You're right she was a bit shouty". I think that mutt has it in for her. Last week he predicted she was going home. Someone drag him off to the pound!

A couple of other things too.

Louisa, by contrast, got a good edit.

If she didn't change her song she might've been in the bottom 3.

Lauren's the best female singer but I think she's too much 'girl next door' to go on to win. We've been there and done that with Sam Bailey. Similarly you could say she's not current or relevant or whatever as she doesn't have the 'attitude' or 'look' needed these days. Fleur by comparison was ticking all these boxes. Louisa is only part way there, but she's got the most potential so I can see her lasting longer than Lauren in the competition.

"Under a bus", this cringeworthy forum buzz-phrase should be banned.
