Justin Bieber - Progress (Album Thread) - Thoughts?

Never in a million years did I think I'd be starting a Justin Bieber thread. Not my type of music at all (usually), however I downloaded his new album and I have to say it's fantastic. He's transitioned into a more mature artist. I absolutely love the ballads 'Life Is Worth Living' and 'Love Yourself', as well as 'Sorry' obviously. Such a surprise, but it's a really great, solid album. I see he's currently number one on the album chart and also has three songs in the iTunes top 10.

I've not heard it in its entirety just random tracks on YouTube, really. Love yourself makes me laugh tho.

I liked the believe album - or at least a few tracks.

I wish he'd do something about his awful hair.

I don't really like it, I feel like he's trying too hard.

I thought it was a fluke when Where Are You Now? was released during the summer and I eventually found myself liking the song a lot more than I ever expected. A combination of Justin Bieber + Diplo = Torture but yet, I somehow thought it was a decent track.

I even think Sorry is a decent pop song. Much better than What Do You Mean? anyways. If it was by Jason Derulo, or Nick Jonas, or Justin Timberlake people wouldn't be so coy admitting they like the song.

The major issue with Justin Bieber is that success has well and truly gone to his head. He believes his own hype, and acts like a total prick - but the more success he achieves, the more of a prick he tends to become.

Can't wait for his mental breakdown on stage in 2016 halfway through his Purpose world tour.

Sorry is a good song.
I was surprised it was him as I'd only seen the video with the 90s-esque girls and expected it to be some obscure Euro-dance act
