Home-made Xmas Cake
Who else has made their Xmas cake yet? I mixed most of the ingredients for mine on Sunday and combined them all on Monday and stuck it in the oven to cook while I was at work Monday afternoon. It's come out lovely so now I'm feeding it with Brandy.
