The BBC claimed my page on Facebook was infringing on their trademarks for "Strictly Come Dancing". Not sure how as it was called "The Strictly Spoiler" and had a very different logo to the Strictly logo. Sadly Facebook just rubber stamped the BBC's report and removed the page without giving me any grounds to appeal. I highly doubt this is over trademark issues and it's more likely that it's the BBC trying to silence a source for the spoiler. Especially as there is much in the way of pages and groups on Facebook that actually do violate the BBC's trademarks yet no action has been taken against them
As you say the way I post the spoiler is done in a way so that people have a choice whether to view it or not which is more than some accounts on Twitter which still remain active and not targeted by the BBC.
