Nathan Sykes - over and over again
A hit? Currently 17 on iTunes and on x factor this weekend will help it go into the top ten at least. It an ok song think I like his first single better. This one remind me of I am beautiful for some reason. But is ok. What do you all think?

His solo work has been a total surprise and I really like this one.

It's a nice enough song but it's as if he heard All Of Me by John Legend last year, saw the song become a massive success in the charts and thought "I will do my own version of All Of Me".
Et voila. Hate to be harsh, but Nathan so far has been incredibly unoriginal with his solo material. His last song was straight outta Uptown Special (as in it sounded like an album track off Mark Ronson's album), and now he's doing All Of Me. His next song will probably sound like Cheerleader. Nathan needs to write something that sounds original, and have it produced in an original way. |

I kind of agree with hitstastic. His solo work is not a huge surprise. His first single could have been slightly differently styles and it would have been another wanted song.
For me I wish nathan would write deeper and try and not be like anyone and try to be on his level. If he is aloud to then his work will grow. But under global label I not sure if that going to happen. Global all about pop and getting it to the top. Very safe and same. So it not that great. Even thought I not surprise nor think it the best work in the world, it's not bad. And nathan has the talent to turn it around he just needs time. If he is allowed. |

I like the song, love the video but I prefer Kiss Me Quick which was fantastic. I'm really looking forward to his album coming out and I hope this does well for him. KMQ deserved so much better than missing the top ten

Although if you went over to The X Factor forum just endless comments about his appearance and people acting like its the worst performance ever.
Up to #5 on iTunes now. Can see it maybe overtaking Fleur East but the top three is Bieber, Adele, Bieber |

Indeed. I'm such a fan I thought he was the tall, swarthy looking one But the bloke was surprisingly good live.

It was a very good performance and it's actually growing on me too.
![]() I still think it's a blatant rip off of All Of Me but as far as piano ballads go, this one is alright. |

Incredible performance
Cowell looked annoyed. Olly was overshadowed easily. Great song too.

Anyone heard the remix of this? I thought it was Usher at first.

Nathan Sykes is an example of a hidden talent, because no one in The Wanted showed any talent at all during their time in the charts.

Then Black Eyed Peas performed Meet Me Halfway on the same show as Leona, and Fergie single handedly blew Leona out of the water. The end result? BEP outsold Leona by about 14k. I suspect Cowell looked annoyed when he was told that Leona was #2.

I don't think the song is great. Think it's a rip off. He is chessy and a product of global. It thanks to global sly deal with the X factor he was on in the first place. He could not have done it with out that deal. He does have a talent but he over does it sometimes which spoils it. He what I call a closeted product. He will be pretty fake for a bit. He just anoying. But he will score high this week then he drop of the chart by next week. Products have a self life. So enjoy it why you can.

He ended up at number 8. Highest new entry and in the top 10.
He has been at 4 on iTunes was 6 in the update and if the chart was taken Monday morning he would have scored a number 3. But not bad. If he was not on the X factor I not sure where he would have go in at. But good for him!

Glad he stayed in the top ten
Hopefully that's something that he can build on in the run up to his album

I like Nathan and I do think he can sing but to me over sings he comes over a bit Mariah at times to me, and I've heard him in interviews last few weeks and his head seems to have grown sinice The Wanted. Hope he doesn't turn into a diva!
I did love The Wanted though so like I say I do like him. Max always surprised me as thought he was the eye candy of The Wanted but he can sing really well too live. |

I think (at least partially) it's him trying to say "I'm not just Glad You Came. I can sing, don't judge my voice on that." He does oversing a little bit but in general I love his voice. I think with the exception of Siva, who still isn't a bad singer as such, all of The Wanted could sing, Nath, Max and Tom in particular.
It's a shame how The Wanted went, the worst mistake they made was signing to Scooter Braun because he allowed the UK fans to be neglected. They were always going to be his last priority whereas with Jayne (the founder and first manager), they were her only proiority musically. Their first album was great and I really like the second one too but they then spent all of their effort chasing Glad You Came II but they just couldn't do it. I hope at some point they work together again, I'd be more interested in that reunion than One Direction's for sure. |

I've seen a lot of bands live and The Wanted were the one I thought would be really poor live they surprised me! Wiped the floor with 1D live never thought they got the career they deserved. |
