What are the differences in taste, and which do you prefer?

I'm sure it's a very personal thing, but overall, I greatly prefer Greek and always buy it when possible. I have had some Italian that was okay, but it always seems harsher and less peppery. The trouble is that a connoisseur would no doubt be able to find vast differences between about 200 different single-estate olive oils of either Greek or Italian origin.

I'm using Morrisons' own brand at the moment, but my favourite is one supplied by a local health food shop, although I can't find the bottle on Google images.

For some reason it becomes irresistible when poured onto Ryvita multi-grain crackers.

Greek.
I used to live on that when I lived in Greece.
Fresh bread, drizzled in olive oil with salt on. Used to empty the bread basket before my Greek salad arrived.
