ANOTHER double elimination?!

Seriously, and ITV wonder why the ratings are depleting on this show?

One of the best things about the X Factor over the years is that you get to spend weeks getting to know the winner - you root for them, you vote weekly for them and as corny as it sounds spend your run up to christmas with them!

With all of these double eliminations you aren't getting to know the acts properly at all, they aren't giving them a proper chance to impress the public

That's why X factor winners always do better than those on The Voice, no sooner have the judges turned round in their swivel chairs it's the final next week - hence I can't even remember any of their names ?!

Simon really is losing his touch

This is absolutely the worst decision they've made this year. And there's been lots.

Actually I prefer it this way. Longer bootcamp (which I thought was perfect this year) then get rid of the dead wood for the live shows quick. Once Mason and Anton are gone we have an interesting competition...

It just stops me being interested to be honest, I sit through two hours of tv (most of it adverts) and the vast majority of the acts I'm watching will be booted off in the first few weeks

So what's the point

One day the double elimination is going to backfire on them and they will loose one of their chosen ones automatically...

I think it once did backfire with The Risk back in Series 8.

So next week they'll be only 5 left? Jesus!

Anyways, with this being the last double, I think R&B are on their way out and either Mason or Anton will follow suit.

I'm not sure if I can be bothered with the rest of this series.

I think this one will backfire on Cheryl

I think 4th impact could be in trouble with a boring, predictable song this week.

i think there'll be just single elimination this week. they didn't mention it in Xtra Factor, but they hinted it thru their Dogglebox segment, wherein the 'psychic dog' predicted (only) Anton to go.

besides, they will risk losing at least 1 of their favourites (Che or 4th Impact, or even Luisa) with double elimination again, if received least votes.

Well there is an act Saturday so my guess 1 leaves Saturday the other Sunday. Like last year when Only the young left on Saturday.

Week 7 (22/23 November)2014

This week featured a double elimination. The first of the eliminations happened on Saturday night after the special guest performance from Guetta. Only The Young were eliminated after receiving the fewest votes. The two acts with the next fewest votes on Sunday's results show then performed in the sing-off.

It is a double but it's the last one

Five next week singing two songs each

Week after the semis with 4

Then the final
