Spring roll wrappers
I've looked in the Asian supermarket for Spring roll wrappers but all they had were rice paper wrappers...are they the same and why is it so hard to find spring roll wrappers in Newcastle.
I ended up getting some Valcom Rice paper wrappers so hoping they'll be ok to make like summer spring rolls with vegetables in them. |

I just use filo pastry to make them as we don't have any Asian supermarkets nearby.
I know that doesn't answer your question though, sorry. |

Thanks for that but wouldn't you have to cook that. I want the ones you just soak in water for 10 secs then add your ingredients to them

The ones you soak are rice paper, the wheat flour based ones you have to fry.
