If he is indeed "one of the judges' favourites", then he would not have been placed bottom of the leaderboard!

He looked as if he was trying to shake something very unpleasant off the sole of his shoe.

Where was the jive?

It phoned in sick.

Probably that exaggerated humility he uses on the judges, sorry I mean Great British Public, every week.
Now he has everything to be humble about

never seen either but i get the picture and agree!

its not that he has no ability or potential, he's not an awful dancer by any means, but everything is so unbearably.... average

Janette impresses me with her flexibility, in the "pro dance" a few weeks back, the one with the pool table, with the high kick she got her right foot above her head, whereas some like Joanne who I think is an absolute doll, only managed to get hers just above waist height.”

That wasn't Karen or Oti
It was Peter though .. stomping his way around the tower ballroom.

And the SAME - legs up to his waist, cinched in middle, tongue flick and twist.

I don't think he can DO anything else.

It suits some dances better than others, and with pizzaz and a lot of dry ice, hype and blindkindoddness from the judges, he's got away with it.

The Jive exposed how shite he really is.

I think the choreography by Janette was atrocious. This did not resemble a Jive just as in week 1 the dance did not resemble a Cha Cha. We don't know how Peter would have done with good choreography. I think it's a bit unfair to criticise the celebrity for a poor dance when a lot of it was because of the professional dancer's poor routine

Isn't that more a tap dance?

It's only witticisms like this that are keeping me from sinking into abject misery at the overmarking of that "jive".

Agree 100%

He's just really bugging me now 😡 Had to watch it
to see how bad it was 😡 And it was bad 😡😡😡😡
My husband did not watch and will not watch.. And
that's from the announcement he is coming on to
when his face leaves the screen. He can't stand him 😁

Having just watched that jive again in the dance-off, I could see two poorly executed kicks and flicks and he did most of the dance flat-footed.

I agreed with Len; Jamelia should have stayed as she definitely improved on last night, whereas Peter didn't.

Even my 70 year old father walked into the room, watched Peter's "dance", looked at me and said... "what dance was he supposed to be doing?" barely recognisable as a Jive!

I didn't think there could be anything worse than his 'jive' on Saturday night, but there was - his 'jive' in the dance off. Just appalling.

It was the laziest non jive I've ever seen . Seems like he couldn't be bothered to exert himself . Disgrace for those 3 so called impartial judges to then say it was better then Jamelia's QS . Craig and Darcey marked him less then Jamelia and then had the cheek to say he improved when he had not .

Worse than that was Craig saying nowt about his decision to save Peter over Jamelia.

Fair enough though - he didn't want to be seen to be lying through his teeth.

Very disappointed in the judges (bar Len). They couldn't even offer any words to Jamelia to soften the blow as they knew she danced better.

He's not a favourite as such; the producers want to keep him around because he's a bit controversial and he probably helps to increase the ratings. The judges don't get a say.

There was no jiving, he only pranced around.
