Well I still don't agree and don't think it's as black and white.Aaron can't have everything his way and like I said Chas sees Aaron like this often when he is unhappy or doesn't like something.It is normal behaviour for him therefore she just thinks it's him not wanting his dad there which he is entitled to feel that way (my own son possibly wouldn't want his dad round for Xmas if I invited him).However it's Xmas and Chas is maybe just reaching out to someone she used to love,who has been very ill.She might be hoping that it could bring Aaron on better terms with his dad-she doesn't yet realise the extent of Aaron's dislike or the reason why.And also as I have said as far as she is aware Gordon took care of their son for all those years and so she maybe feels guilty and that she owes him something.The situation is not just black and white
