Could they yet regret not getting rid of Anton when they had the chance

His diva behaviour stopped him being bottom last night and I'm not absolutely convinced he is in the bottom two today.

It's their own fault if they they lose a favourite because of this

Saving him last week was stupid. He was bad again this week and Monica would have been far easier for them to get rid of. Maybe Simon Cowell didn't want to have 0 acts left after 3 weeks?

Though the show only seems to care about Louisa and Reggie and Bollie, so as long as they are safe I don't think they care.

I honestly think the only reason he didn't go last week was so that it didn't leave Cowell with no acts and Rita with 3.

I'm already thinking tonight could be an absolute car crash if/when Anton has to do another sing off

I don't think they will take any risks tonight. He's made an enemy of Nick and I bet Cheryl and Rita will back Nick up in not saving him. I don't think it even matters if he does a great performance. His bags will be packed already.

I wouldn't call him arguing back with someone who called him fake, 'diva behaviour' but okay...

i don't think it's "diva behaviour" either. I just think he's sick of being stitched up. Although by entering the show, he should have known what he was getting himself into. Giving him "All about the Bass/Bang Bang" earlier in the series was ridiculous. They dressed him like a pimp and turned him into a joke. I think I'd get into a strop as well

I think this is sort of true though maybe not for the same reasons. Monica was considered expendable because although she was a bit more contemporary (I refuse to use the word 'current') than Louisa and Lauren, she was still just a slightly edgier version of the same sort of singer. Anton is the sole representative of the 'one last chance' brigade and therefore appeals to a different demographic and given how they're struggling with ratings as it is I think they thought they couldn't risk getting rid of him just yet and potentially losing the investment of a significant chunk of viewers.

They can't afford the risk of Anton going off on one tonight. Comments should be neutral and hopefully if in bottom 2 he will sing his choice of song with no staging to detract. I

They should let him sing what he wants
