I've said it since week 1. I think that Anita is the one who can really challenge jay for the trophy. I think that she's the most popular female contestant left.

I do like Anita, but Georgia and Jay are miles ahead.”

exactly this! If he stopped showcasing himself and concentrated on Anita and her technique then yes, she would be a threat - until then, no, she isn't a threat in my opinion

I agree with this I think Anita is Jay's biggest competition.

If she can keep out of the dance off, I think she could pull it off. She's not the best dancer but I, for one, admire her guts and grafting and her dance is the one I look forward to watching every week. I wouldn't be surprised if her fan base has grown considerably and I think this may be the reason the judges have been a little mean with the votes at times.

Hmmm

Coming from a non-acting/performance background I think we should be praising her for giving such a showstopping performance!

Come on Anita!!! ”

yeah she's a threat...just not sure about this 'non performing background' she keeps banging on about on ITT, when she's all over TV, her mother is a bangra dancer, and could anyone pick up those 'moves' in just 2 months of training? Who says she hasn't had any private dancing lessons, as abbey clancy did?

I don't suspect her of formal training. But it seems to be a trifle ingenuous that because her dance experience is from another culture, it seems to be equated with 'none'.

Not that I grudge her at all, I don't give a monkeys' personally.

But it's meant to be a partnership, I think they've brought out the best in each other in all their dances.

I'm just gutted people aren't supportive in general of contestants, we have seen for weeks Anita being undermarked finally she gets credit and people want to put her down.

I can't understand why?

I like Anita.

She hasn't been undermarked - her feet have been terrible since week one and haven't improved, her shaping generally in all dances is often too loose or too straight. She's great and ballsy but she isn't THAT great. Her routines are huge fun though, but that's a different thing.

She's been overmarked the last couple of weeks. She hasn't improved much at all, still pretty good with the same faults, and with lack of content in her dances to boot.

It's a difference of perspective.

The public has the last say at the end of the day. I don't really see Peter as a finalist ( at least I hope so). It will be
Jay
Anita
Georgia
Helen , Katie or Kellie for 4th place.

2012 final all over again.

It does seem to be creeping in that any time anyone other than "the favourite" gets scored above an 8 their dance must immediately be torn to shreds yes, although it's hardly just Anita. The amount of "mistakes" that were invented for Georgia's Charleston last week were quite something. So many people seem to watch the show in such a state of anger, paranoia, and persecution mania I wonder how much fun it can be for them.

Why would it necessarily follow that Anita's done Bhangra dancing just because her mum has?

My mum's brilliant at sewing...I couldn't sew a button on a shirt. My dad could re-wire the house....I can just about change a light bulb.

You weren't some little girl that watched her mum then?

I bloody TAUGHT my child how to dance to Daft Punk. (okay, she has never mastered the greatness that is moi).

All the hipsters were looking at YouTube trying to figure it out. I am an offline Diva resource.

Do you think she never danced with her Mum Sid? Do you think she never went to parties where they were all doing it?

People count ALL SORTS of dancing as 'experience', in my experience on this board.

I'm not going to denigrate, nor am I going to overegg ANY that isn't straight Latin and Ballroom training.

And as I've said. I don't give a monkeys about any of it.

Even your regular Saturday night on the dancefloor? If yes, I'm the mother of all ringahs then
