The biggest shame is that all the outraged people didn't vote for Jamelia and save her from the dance off! Bit late now for all the indignation.

I voted for her 6 times - first time I've paid to vote this series.

I bet that no matter how many times Peter is in the DO he will be saved as he attracts more publicity than any other competitor! He should NOT have been saved tonight as his dancing was inferior to Jamelia's and well those judges know it too. I think Darcey was embarrassed really with having been told to save Peter!!

Thing is though, she did really deserve to be in the dance off with Peter. Everyone else was, IMO, better than those two. She just shouldn't have been the person booted in this instance.

I've voted for her the last three weeks - which is since I've seen genuine improvement - I have also voted for Peter but not yesterday. They were bottom of the leader board so it was to be expected they would be in the DO - although personally I think Helen had a lucky escape as her dance was full of 'problems' that were overlooked.
It just annoys me that there are so many people calling Peter all the names under the sun for something he had no control over and if those same people had voted for Jamelia chances are she would not have been in the dance off anyway.

Well, I honestly thought that if Jameila ended up in the bottom two for a fifth time, then she would leave. After watching their entertaining quickstep - which started with the pair of them in their plastic boxes posing as dolls - i felt it was a real shame to see them go actually. Really bittersweet. The judges made the right decision, poor Jameila just didn't get the support from the viewers and she had come as far as she could. Still, she enjoyed herself and openly admitted she was proud to have got to Blackpool which had been her aim.

Even though Peter was safe, he is in a vulnerable position - especially when he came bottom of the leaderboard with only 29 points. I wouldn't be surprised to see him again in the bottom two.

Well if I had my way, Craig, Darcy & Bruno would all have their heads on the block!

Yes I think most people agreed correct bottom two, just the wrong result in the dance off.

I hadn't voted for her before last night and the last time I voted this series the person who I voted for went out that evening as well (Daniel).

Jamelia and Tristan should have been saved of course, no contest. It doesn't matter about so-called 'potential' - Jamelia could have been in the dance off next week for all we know. But the fact is she danced better on the night, both times, and the dance off is meant to be judged on its own merit- the outcome not determined by previous dances.

You're missing the point. She did deserve to be in the dance off, she was bottom 2 on the leader board.

What I'm upset about is the fact that her dance was far superior to Peters in the dance off. If anything, his was worse than the main show. So by everything the judges have said in the past, there was no decision to make. Jamelia should have been saved by a unanimous vote.
