It depends on where you live and where you travel. I am on Vodafone in Glasgow and find them to be the best network I have been on. I was on EE for years but after the decommissioning of many masts it all went to pot where I live. They are also way behind Vodafone on updating their masts where I live.

I only used their customer service once and I admit it is not great, but their network is the best one around here, so needs must and to be honest I have had no problem with billing.
My only complaint is that they could have told me I could have got a better deal than what I have been getting for a extra 50p a month, but maybe that could be because I told them not to contact me about offers. I suppose i can't have it both ways. Also they have not bugged me into renewing my contract when it ended a couple of years back, which is good, I heard that other networks do bug people about renewing contracts. |

Left them a few years ago after many year with them for Three and could not be happier (and that's even with the 20% discount they give for working for the company that I work for).
Still got Vodafone for work though. ![]() Three may not have the fastest peak speeds in town/city centers, but they have a usable 3G speed wherever I usually am (I do a lot of streaming Internet radio in the car). |

You only have to go to a consumer forum like moneysavingexpert.com and check their mobile section, 70%-80% of complaints there are about Vodafone.
