My personal rankings would be:
1. Louisa - her vocals are always spot on, rarely misses any notes. Some say she lacks emotion when singing, I hear a great singer who can sing really well...and in tune. What's not to love?
2. 4th Impact - I suppose I should be happy that we've got an act that has done more uptempo songs than ballads, and I didn't give them enough credit for their version of Ain't No Other Man last night.
3. Lauren Murray - still don't think she's as good as Louisa, Lauren has had moments of brilliance but also moments of nervous energy which is where her vocals are a bit shaky.
4. Reggie 'N' Bollie - there's no denying they're fun to watch. I have found myself enjoying their performances in a really funny way. The problem is if I heard a song by them on the radio, would it still have that funny aspect that I get from seeing them perform? Most likely not. They're also marked down because, all entertainment aside, they're not great singers.
5. Che Chesterman - maybe unfair to put him below R'N'B but he does go OTT with his love for over singing nearly every line in a song. I also gave him too much credit for his version of Yesterday which wasn't as good as I first thought - initially the change in melody made it different, but "different" isn't necessarily a good thing. No surprise he was in the bottom 2 tonight, I just don't think the public got his version of the song. If he'd sang the song straight - i.e. sang the original vocal melody - I reckon he would've been safe and maybe Lauren or 4th Impact might've been bottom 2 instead.
