He is saying that they were told to put Peter through.

I almost forgot about him.
I'm not surprised though....I really hope it backfires and that Peter leaves next week but I will not be surprised if he is at the top of the leaderboard next weekend.

The whole world knows that it was a fix, and SCD (and Andre) will suffer as a result.

Is this the same pro whose celeb partner was given a 10 by Bruno so she didn't end up in the dance off ?

Agreed.

BB, TXF both suffered from plummeting ratings because the viewers got fed up with all the blatant manipulation. SCD was one of the few programmes where the public trusted the result. Peter better do a faultless routine next week otherwise the SCD brand will take a huge hit.

Yes it was. Even though I have forgiven Bruno I will never forget him giving Emma that 10.

Oh not always. Remember the farcical series six semi-final when the judges tied Rachel and Lisa at the top meaning Tom couldn't be saved by the public vote?

Then there have been disputed ones through the years - Gabby v Penny, Pixie v Simon... the show will be fine. For now. Though they could do with avoiding controversy for the rest of the series.

I agree but, on the whole we normally get the right final - even if we don't always get the right result (Colinwuzrobbed ).

What is surprising is how the programme got this one so wrong. I think they were gambling on the Jamilia's lack of support to sweep the judges choice under the carpet. What they weren't expecting was the huge gap in the execution of the routines by Peter and Jamilia, to the point that even a complete novice could see she was much better than him in the DO.

You may well be right, but I think most people understood that TomChambersgate was a genuine cokeup, and Pixie vs Simon was pretty close (much more so than tonight). Can't remember Gabby vs Penny, so maybe it wasn't quite such a big deal.

It does seem they just wanted to keep Peter at all costs, and had it for some reason gone split decision I doubt Len would have put Jamelia through, he only said it because he knew she was the better dancer in the dance off and that other motives were at play.

So it's not too much of a stretch to suggest that he's familiar with the manipulation that occurs on the show.

The professionals must have a good idea how things work. He is also a judge on the Lebanese version of the show.

Even aside from the Lebanese show he was around SCD long enough to know what kind of stuff goes on backstage.

Never, the public will really have it in for him now. I will be very surprised if he survives next week.

Oh wow, didn't realized he could speak the native language, unless of course he speaks English?
