[not Joanne!]
Male dancer - with the beard - I've noticed him in a few pro dances now?

Some of the other dancers were Loren James, Patrick Helm and Giulia Dotta all dancers that Brendan has in his show. Giulia is Brendans new leading lady in his next tour

I really like Neil my eye was drawn to him when he was dancing, hoping he will be a Strictly pro in the future when he is not so busy competing.

From his Nov 9th interview at the link, I think Tristan is suggesting Neil might be a pro next series:

Question: Finally, you have mentioned previously that you like that we occasionally interview other dancers and performers for the website. I’m not sure if you’re aware of this or not, but we have an interview with pro dancer Neil Jones in progress. Had you ever met or worked with Neil before this year’s Strictly?

Tristan: Yeah, I knew Neil when we were kids but hadn't seen him in a long, long time. I’m pretty sure you will all get to know him a lot better soon enough. I don't think it will be too long before he is on the show competing. I think it’s important for the show to have more British dancers on, and there are a lot of them here who I’m sure the public would love.

Problem with this is it will be one ( or two) more latin dancers on the show as if there are not enough already. The show really needs ideally 10 dancers, or dancers with a good latin background but specialise in ballroom to balance things out at the moment. There are many Pro's out there that fit the bill.

I wouldn't mind if he becomes a pro at some point, but I wouldn't be keen on another "couple" joining. We already have the Cliftons and soon-to-be Skorjanecs. We don't need another Jones couple. In any case, from what I've seen, I'm more impressed with him than his wife.

Also, there is the question of who he would/should replace?

Much as I like him, Anton is the obvious choice - he'll be 50 next year.
