I've said this on another thread, but I'm going to repeat it here because I agree with the OP. I think the dance off decision was wrong, but that was down to the judges and the producers - if the manipulation theories are correct, which I thought was the case long before Ola announced it. Peter's jive was dreadful and he should have been eliminated, but the decision on who to save in the dance off wasn't his doing. I'm not a Peter fan but I'm not rabidly against him either, the way a lot of people seem to be. (I just happen to prefer Jay and Anita.) Like him or loathe him, Peter certainly shouldn't withdraw for something that wasn't his fault. Lay the blame where it belongs, if blame you must.
