Is it worth complaining to Ofcom about what happened on the results show, and what Jamelia revealed tonight?

Does anyone plan on writing a complaint or have you already?

*I'm personally not complaining, just wondered whether people were or have done*

No it isn't, and I really hope no-one does.

I think that's taking it a bit far

Whilst I personally wouldn't, criticising a clearly fixed result is probably worth a shout...

Saw a few people on Twitter have written complaints, they have every right, we as viewers were manipulated and it was clearly fixed

That they re-filmed the audience after PA's dance-off dance to show a standing ovation, because it didn't get one.

And this is why the British remain serfs.

Refilming the audience isn't proving a fixed result. They reshoot lots of things in the results show, and film other bits on other days.

What, exactly, would you be complaining about? The judges making a decision you are unhappy with? Sorry, but that's not what Ofcom is for!

Or possibly, this is a family entertainment show, where they re-filmed a bit of the audience to insert later, and a sense of proportion is generally a good thing to have.

Zoe: Were you thinking there's still hope? (About surviving the dance off)
Jamelia: i definitely thought there was hope, I think it was until they re recorded Pete's 'standing ovation', that was the moment I realised we were going home.

I'm not complaining to ofcom, i was simply asking whether people were. We were manipulated as viewers and it was a fix, simple as.

Something that happens all the time particularly on shows with an audience.

Everything that happened in the results show happened after the voting lines were closed, and when it was down to the judges to decide, not the public.

Not really sure that's the reason Ofcom is there for tbh. They must pee themselves laughing at some of the ridiculous things people get het up about enough to complain.

I can not stand Andre but, for the love of God, it's hardly the first time that someone has gone out of the dance off after dancing better. He's a goner in the next couple of weeks anyway and I'm sure his fragile ego is damaged enough buy the backlash and the fact he isn't going to win the glitterball just by gracing them with his presence so let him be for another week of stomping

Having seen some of the trivial things on here that people say they are complaining to OFCOM about, it would not surprise me.

Jemelia and her partner seemed to accept the decision on ITT and did not complain about it. They obviously would have preferred it to go the other way.

For goodness sake what ever next. This has just got ridiculous. Strictly is an entertainment for a Saturday evening. Ther are dreadful things going on in the world and the way people are reacting you would think Peter Andre caused them all.

I'm not sure they would, to be honest. She's come out of this far better than had she been knocked out by someone like Kellie, where there would be nothing special about her, other than she had record low levels of public support. Now, she's got loads of people who didn't care either way about her before, or even actively disliking her, singing her praises.

Not sure she could have asked for better publicity.

Yes, but if late on Saturday night, the bookies all had large bets on Jamelia leaving from four callers in the Blackpool area, there might be trouble.

If bookies are still taking bets after the voting lines have closed, they deserve to get shafted
