Does anyone have any canning/jarring pickling veg recipe ideas please and what would it go with to eat and more importantly does it taste ok when pickled as I've never done or tasted pickled veg before.

also how long does it last thanks

If you've never eaten pickled vegetables then your first port of call should be a good grocery with a decent condiments section.

Try some. Then if you like what you try ask for similar recipes.

Canning/jarring is an investment in time and resources. You should know what you're getting into before you jump in.
