if anyone is going to the Christmas special show would it be possible please to provide a spoiler of who wins?

I think people like to know on Christmas day who wins the Christmas version...after all the audience votes...and you find out in the actual show itself.

I'm sure some people would like to know beforehand though and as long as its kept in the confinements of the spoiler thread I don't see the problem in having one.

There's a spoiler thread every year, so people can always find out if they want to (and inevitably people do, so I don't think you can generalise about people not wanting to know...)

I disagree . Over the years we've had spoilers of the Christmas special as well and I don't see why this year it should be any different.
I like to find the result beforehand and I will still tune in on Christmas day to find out who won

If anyone can explain to me the need to start a spoiler thread more than 2 weeks before the show is recorded I'm all ears - there's no prize for being the thread starter, and I think these competitions to start threads earlier and earlier are just a bit ridiculous...

Why not? It's not hurting anyone and its a lot better than 5 million 'It's a fix' threads clogging up the forum.

My drinking starts well before midnight mass, so I like to know the results well beforehand! I usually Tivo it for Boxing Day when I have a clear head!
