I do miss dear Ann

I think Gleb might be the only newbie not to return other than that I don't think there will be much change, no Ola and Joanne will get a partner next year. Brendan and Anton I can't see them leaving yet although I wouldn't miss them or Kevin. I hope Tristan is back I like his laidback attitude and he seems to have gained a lot more fans this series.

Kevin & Karen - I can see them still on the show & hope they stay!
Aliona - I don't think she'll stay, I think she'll bow out after a good season with Jay
Tristan - I think he'll stay & I think he'll get paired with someone really good.
Gleb - I can't decide whether he's enjoying it or if he just isn't expressive. I don't think he adds anything to the show and I don't think he'd like having a partner who isn't good.
Giovanni - I love him & hope he stays (i think he will)
Jo - I can see her with a partner next year, hope so too!
Oti - she'll be back, she hardly had a fair shot this year, would love to see what she can do!
Natalie - I can see her doing one more year, hopefully with someone good!
Brendan - I can't decide, I thought he'd leave years ago and he's still here.
Anton - I don't think he'll leave, until Len does so he can join the panel!
Aljaz & Janette - think both will stay & I hope they do!

I'd be amazed if Tristan returned, surely after this week the beeb would insist on an "accept the bullshit" clause in his contract.

I don't think Janette or Karen's choreography is good enough, so they should be let go. I also think Kristina and Anton's time on SCD has reached a natural end.

I really liked Anya, very elegant dancer. I'd like to see her with a celeb again.

Where is the funnity fun in using proper names ? Nick names are so much more something or other .
Can you picture the glee if some started calling jay bitty boy for his attachment to his pro, or the nappy chappy in tribute to his baggy/saggy bottomed training wear ? That would really not be nice , now would it . So I shan't .
On topic , as long as pretty oti stays for glamour,and self obsessed gleb stays for sheer at his self love then I'm not TOO bothered . If tristan learns to speak coherently instead of mumbling he can stay too .

Natalie's only just got engaged so can't see her rushing to have a baby just yet she'll probably at least want to get the wedding out the way first. She's seems to still be really enjoying her time too so can see her back.

Hopefully, Jo will get a celebrity next year. Although I'm starting to wonder if not having one this year might have been her choice because she's got a dance school doesn't she? Maybe she was too busy with that but still struck a deal to be involved but not have a partner as it still looks good to have a world champ on the show.

Maybe Robbie will be back as well seeing as he's on the Christmas special.

As for leaving I got a feeling from Kristina that this was her last year.

Gleb has done a few versions of strictly and only ever done one series with each so wouldn't be surprised if he's not back. I expect Oti and Giovanni to be back though.

Not sure about Tristan either he might want to distance himself after the whole fix stuff.

Anton could retire but can't see him leaving the show completely. I think if Len does ever retire the jobs Antons.

I forgot about lovely anton . Much as I love him I'd rather he left . There are far too many young things showing up his limitations . He should take over the brucie role presenting and being humourously cheeky to the judges . Then brendan can be the old geezer of the bunch . To be fair brendan behaves more grumpy old git than anton ever did and he's getting rather a paunch too .

Don't think much will change as in people being pushed out, but anyway;

Pasha - Can't see him going anywhere, probably the most secure pro

Kevin - Still offering plenty, safe as houses.

Karen - Unless babies are on the agenda, I think she'll be there as long as Kevin is

Aliona - Difficult to say, I think she might just call it a day when her and Jay win

Tristan - Who knows what this guy is thinking, he doesn't seemed fussed either way

Gleb - Very safe, unless he doesn't want it. Strikes me as if he might be away if a better offer comes his way

Giovanni - Doubt he is leaving or being pushed

Jo - Going nowhere, deserves a good partner next year too

Oti - Can't see her going anywhere

Natalie - I do think Natalie will do one more season

Brendan - Getting as long in the tooth as Anton in my opinion, still think he'll be here next year though

Anton - He'll be in next year, just can't see him going yet

Janette - Same as above, probably one of the safest females in my opinion.

Kristina - She might be out next year, certainly getting to the end of her time on strictly

I really cannot see anyone leaving at their own accord other than Gleb - he's based in Hong Kong and has taken part in several versions of the show around the world, which implicates he doesn't like to stay longer than a series in the same place - and Tristan who looks, quite frankly, like he doesn't give a toss to anything and if I'm honest, didn't seem to be enjoying himself much these past two years; "I'm only here for the pay cheque", could be written on his forehead and it would be more subtle. Oti is based in Germany, so it is not that far.

I hope Joanne is given a contender, I would like to see what she can do with a capable person.

I can imagine at least 2 of Tristan, Natalie, Brendan and Kristina not being there next year. I'd be keen on the first two staying but wouldn't be surprised to see them leave.

Think Anton will stay but depends too how well he does with Katie.

With Gleb I think the question is if he wants to do another series - which isn't easy to tell. If he does, the producers will almost certainly have him back.
Think it's near guaranteed the Cliftons, Aljaz, Pasha, Oti, Geovanni et. will all be back next year.

Yes, I agree re Gleb and Tristan. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't back, although I would be disappointed as I like both. Fortunately I think Giovanni is very much becoming part of the Strictly family so I can't see him going anywhere. I'd like to see Oti, Jo (with a partner) and Natalie back too and would still love Iveta to return but don't think she will.

The only pro I can see the producers choosing to axe (bar Ola) is Tristan. It'll probably be 8 male celebs and 7 females next year, meaning there'll need to be at least two new female pros (assuming they don't promote Joanne back to partnering a celebrity).

I think Gleb really wanted to stay on the US show but they didn't want him very much. They gave him a 50+ duffer his one series with a celebrity and they made it 3 or 4 weeks. Then they demoted him to the "troupe" which is NOT what you want to happen - Artem refused to let it be said he was in the troupe so he just hung around without a partner this season, a la Joanne, rather than suffer the ignominy of the troupe demotion.

Before that, on the Australian show, in a series where his wife also had a celebrity, Gleb was booted first, with a model. I don't know if he was let go - but the US show was a step up anyway.

In Russia, he was runnerup with a ringer (and his wife was a judge) but he's said that Strictly is the biggest prize of all the shows, so like the US, it was a step up for him.

Now I'll pontificate on Tristan He looked over the moon in the youtubes I saw of him on the tour with Caroline. I think with both Jennifer and Jamelia, he struggled with women who were not committed to the show. Jennifer immediately took off for a week's holiday in Florida after the launch show - and on one of the ITT shows, Jamelia said something like she hadn't really been excited about a dance until lately and Tristan rubbed his hands and said, "Now we're finally in business!"

I also think Tristan was worn down by how things went on DWTS - five partners who were all over 50 duffers except one who only managed about a half day's practice and was in it for the signing bonus (Pamela Anderson.) THEN, the exec producer called him to be on the March-to-May DWTS after the Strictly tour, but Derek changed his mind - yet again - and returned so Tristan was dropped from the line up. It's been a rough road after a promising start on DWTS-US so I think he's just a bit down.

I personally hope he can snag a year or two on the Aussie show since it looks like that's where he'll settle down (and he's said that's his eventual goal in a couple interviews.) To be honest, and I'm a big fan, but I'd rather see him in Oz than London in '16 but if Oz isn't available, I'd be happy to see him back here (here being UK or USA).

If none of the above, he's already scheduled for a stage show in Miami for a week at Christmas and I imagine there's quite a few years of stagework readily available for him in the states, if he wanted it. He was very popular on DWTS, despite the duffers - some of whom were much beloved, like Gladys Knight and Valerie Harper - and even Nancy Grace (she's a darling of the demographic that watches DWTS)

I think with Karen whilst her choreography might not be the best and her ballroom is a bit hit and miss she is an excellent teacher. Nicky Bryne started out with a 2 from Craig and eventually got a 9. Even Mark Wright showed a considerable improvement with her and might not have reached the final with someone less patient. She even got some improvement out of Jeremy Vine and Dave Myers.

As for Janette I doubt they'd not invite her back because they'll risk losing Alijaz who's proven himself with both duffers and better dancers. if they get fed up with her the safest thing will just be stick her with a duffer.

Anton - will be there forever although he has been given a contender this year so who know would prefer if Brendan and Anton took a lead choreographer job where one oversees the Latin dances and one on ballroom I think both will stay connected to the show in some way even if they don't have a celeb

Gleb- will go if DWTS comes knocking as fast as his legs will carry him I think he sees strictly as a means to get on DWTS again ala Artem and with rumours again Derek is leaving it is possible and he is rumoured to be doing a dwts pro tour at the end of February
Tristan - staying I think he didn't have anything to do with Jamelia saying about the standing O and his face was can't see a reason for him to leave he seems very happy at SCD to me

Karen - Staying unless she becomes pregnant
Janette - read above
Natalie - staying possibly a Camilla one last time deal with a contender she is my fav so hopes she stays she seems to love her job
Aliona - As much as I like her when she has a contender I say leaving, IF she wins she will be the first pro to do so so job done but either way will Aliona really want to come back when in all reality she will get a no hoper again next year I just can't see it unless too many pros leave and tptb need a recognisable face

I was going to ask if they might be considering Neil Jones and / or Katya too, as he's put a few comments on twitter, but guess they are so busy competing, and winning(!) they wouldn't be ready to do it yet.

I'd be doubtful on Pasha, Aliona and Anton, also don't think Jo will be back with a partner, but most of the others seem likely.
