Shifted to Charleine this week. I think she has an extremely high opinion of herself and I despise the way she talks down at people she who she dislikes, she seems highly unpleasant to work with.

I can't explain how hard I laughed when LS and Claude brought her down in the BR after she attempted to leave and after she shouted at David

I feel like this is the one week where Selina actually gets a pass from me.

Both Charleine and Joseph were utterly horrible in that final boardroom. So for me it's a tie between them with Charliene just edging it (because at least Joseph has some acumen to make up for his ego the size of China's population) but Charleine really p***ed me off when David was given free reign to have his say, only for her to then interrupt him yet again after Lord Sugar specifically told her not to. I would have given anything in the world for Lord Sugar to have just turned around and said "Y'know what luv you can sod off"

Charleine has gone from being my favourite to my least favourite in the last couple of weeks and her performance in the boardroom tonight just solidified my dislike of her. She has a very condescending way of speaking to people and when someone else tries to put their point across, a la David in the boardroom tonight, she just seems to screech and yell so she gets heard and drowns the other person out completely.

I felt bad for her in the first few tasks as it did seem like she was being ignored and the others perhaps looked down on her because she hasn't got as much experience as them but now I've got a whole new take on it. The way she speaks to people is just so patronising at times and it's almost like she talks to them as if they were children, that being the case I don't blame people for not listening to her.

There are ways to treat people in business, it's obvious that in your working life you are going to have to work with people that you don't get on with but you at least keep things professional. She's been on a huge downward spiral ever since the book task where she tried to sideline Richard and, in my opinion, was setting him up to bring him back to the boardroom if they'd failed that particular task.

What really annoyed me tonight though was, after yelling and shouting over David and basically hammering him in the boardroom, she waltzes out of the boardroom with her arms wide to give him a hug. Sorry, if I'd been in David's position I'd have just left without saying goodbye as it was clear before they even got in the boardroom that they'd all be gunning for him.

Fully agreed, I would have loved to have seen how Richard reacted upon hearing Charleine nearly got off free but ended up getting herself brought back in alongside the final 3 as well.

Agreed here too, many tuts were had in my household tonight on that move, good for David for taking the higher ground I suppose, but I wouldn't have blamed him if he had told her to go do one.

Charleine.

I still haven't forgiven her for "And what writing qualifications do you have?"

I thought it was because she was just a hairdresser, turns out they ignored her because she's just a screechy idiot. She's too used to managing stroppy young girls imo and doesn't know how to speak to adults.

Selina. She said 'i don't like children' which is a truly awful thing to say. She could have said she finds it hard to relate to them, or feels uncomfortable in their company, but to proudly proclaim that she didn't like children as if that's something to be pleased about wasn't nice to watch. It's been said in another thread she doesnt like ANYTHING, so I suppose this is no surprise.

There's quite a few on level-pegging following this task.

Charleine let herself down with the stirring and inability to keep quiet.
Selina is very difficult to like but wasn't too awful this week.
I really don't think Gary should have made it past this week, and where has he been up until recently?
Joseph is dull.
But Richard's arrogance sours most of the good things he does. It makes me root against him and hope he's heading for a fall before his head bursts from another compliment. But Mark went down a similar path last series and went on to win which was really surprising. I don't think Richard is quite as manipulative though, he's more like the teacher's pet in school and easier to make fun of.
