You can leave that sort of attitude at the front door. Define him being boring, lacking charisma & particularly labelling him thick? He's always able to keep his cool in the boardroom and articulate his point across in a clear and thorough manner to be guaranteed a place in the following task. Though he has been on the losing streak lately (bar last week's task) the failure is never solely down to him. Plus he's a HUNK!
