Gary has been the weakest candidate and only came out of his shell during the reduced store task held at the Arndale precinct in Manchester. Up to that point, he was quiet as a church mouse. Some may feel thathhe's played his cards close to his chest and while it has worked to his advantage thus fat, I really hope the interviewers tear strips off him and show him the door next week. Like Claude LITERALLY did last year with Soloman. LOL.

Do we know if Brett will be making an appearance this Sunday to assist Joseph & Vana with the final task? What exactly do the candidates do when they get fired? We never ever see or hear of them in tthe media. Are we to assume they simply return to their home towns and get stuck in their previous jobs? I'm glad Joseph is through. Despite being the youngest, he has the tenacity to win over a room full of potential investors. Break a leg lad!

It actually makes me feel a bit sick to think people make comments like that. Body shaming, super critical of appearance; the frankly ludicrous overuse of the word 'ugly'.

Really, very few people are repellent on the outside, but there really are plenty of twisted and horrible comments mentioned online.

Brett in particular has shown himself to be really down to earth - just a normal bloke who calls a spade a spade. I can't see anything ugly there...

From what I know, that is exactly what happens. They go home. They might be asked to hang around for re-shoots, etc. But once 'fired', they go home.

Don't forget the process only takes a few weeks to film; I don't know exactly how it is these days, but back in 2007 filming only took just over 3 weeks with a task almost every day (which is why they're all so tired). EDIT: I can't remember now how many days filming was but they said we had to schedule 21 days with an option for a few more days for re-shoots

These past few seasons seem to have been a fair few weeks longer...
