He's making it up as he goes along, initially he was determined to be the fair, team player CM that everyone looked up to & some of them possibly do. Fortunately a lot of viewers see him for what he is, a lazy, hypocritical toad.
He actually reminds me of a stereotypical car salesman. Cocky, flash & full of himself.
As another FM pointed out, the moment he said he was willing to give Lady C the benefit of the doubt (without actually knowing her) was the moment I knew I wasn't going to like him & he's done nothing to make me change my mind.

There have been so many moments for me, the laundry moment, the 'it's not my style to serve' moment, the goading of lady C moments etc. I'm not particularly a fan of lady c, but Hadley is far, far worse in his blindness to his own faults, hypocrisy and his general up himselfness. I can't see why the others in the camp don't see it.

Lady C has called out Hadley, Bannatyne and Friedman and don't they just hate that. Horrible men who can't bear being criticised by a tough old bird.

Tony Hadley portrays himself as a nice, fair bloke. I wonder what the Kemp brothers would have to say about that? Hadley is just another David Van Day without the self awareness.

Bannatyne is nasty piece of work who's done burger all in there apart from letch after Ferne and Vicky and bitch about Lady C. Could do with subtitles too but then I'm sure he's not actually saying anything interesting. Humourless old git.

Friedman is just the camp Mean Girl. Like a Plastic pot stirrer who so wants to be the Queen B.

I agree that lady C can sometimes go too far but admire her courage and conviction to stand up to those 3 idiots.

OK she's a bit odd but YAY for oddness
