thats always been a bit fluid, and its fine by me. for example, if helen or anita or jay was in the dance off against him, and fell over, i'd fully expect and want the judges to put any of them through over peter.

lets just hope such a scenario doesn't happen after all the fuss people made last week about someone going out who'd been in the dance off 5 times and was the worst dancer in the competition...

Yes I agree that Helen/Anita or any of the others, even if they fell over, should be put through over PA. He's the weakest dancer by a mile.

The 'fuss' though, last week, was warranted. And for me, Jamelia was a better dancer than PA in general. Not just in the dance off. Peter Andre, despite nodding his head in agreement at the critique and advice from the 'masters of their craft', for me, really hasn't improved much each week at all.

I honestly am baffled at his scoring throughout the series. No I'm not really. It was in his contract.

It was a remarkably good performance by Peter.

To earn an 8 from Len and then to dance it better in the dance-off. His second Jive could maybe have got a 9 from Len - like Jay's? Just shows you how good Len thought Jamelia's Quickstep was.

It really does show how absolutely ridiculous the marking has been. Peter Andre's jive gets 8's. Jay jive gets 9's.

Wonder how much dry ice will be used to hide the feet tonight?.....anyhow IMO it will go either way over scoring him. To keep him high in leader board and to be able to say pickle my walnuts knew it was right the boy is back....( even if dance content is not there and you can't see feet as long as he gurns right) .....or they will give a credible score which should see him in dance off as he is worst dancer left ....however I think his riders see him to final

Considering his frame they'll need a complete pea souper of dry ice to hide it, the Quickstepathon could be carnage

They could do a "alternative" as ...glow in dark strips ...torches for the audience ...pea soup the whole place and all we see are the illuminous strips wafting

Or maybe go down the subliminal XF route where the chosen winner is dressed all in white with lights surrounding them to look like a halo and wings so we're so in awe of his angelicness that we completely ignore his flat footed under rehearsed stomping

Historically it's always been a bit of a "fix."

Common sense says that if you give the first couples on, very high marks, there's nowhere to go if someone then produces a better performance. So there is a tendency to mark them down a bit. Then it's possible that some of the judges in the excitement of the show forget about that and mark a later indifferent performance nearly as high. As was the case last week...

As all the couples are on the floor for the duration, and if Jay doesn't have a meltdown, tonight's QS could be very interesting for direct comparison for the two male celebs.

He could have had 4 years for all I care, it was an poor dance, and he knew it. Damage limitation by his PR team is unpleasant to read and smacks of desperate.

If you dance well, then you deserve to stay in the show, excuse do not cut it with me.

So my advice, mouth shut, and put that energy into your feet!
