Joseph -- no opinion.

Richard -- his to lose, if he antagonises the interviewers like he has done the other candidates. I do not think he has been in the final boardroom yet. One problem with him, which he may wrongly believe is an asset, is that he tries to do it all himself; he is not a team player. This is fine until he is hit by a bus or loses his mobile phone signal.

Vana -- made a complete mess of the buying task as PM; largely invisible since. She is billed as a social media entrepreneur, which might interest Lord Sugar who uses Twitter; it might also dovetail with Mark's company from last year.

Brett -- good work ethic but inflexible.

Charleine -- no real opinion.

Gary -- can't think on his feet. In the nut allergy task, he needed to be prompted by Karren to check the label. In the Manchester shop task, he wandered off to cogitate before deciding late in the day to restock.

Selina -- in the Snottydink task, she gave a larger discount for buying a smaller quantity, revealing two weaknesses: lack of business nous, and innumeracy.

Scott -- seems to have lost his mojo and the plot recently.

You'd hope that at least two of them have a killer business plan otherwise Lord Al might be keeping his money in his pocket.

For me the top three will be

Joseph - gets on with it, not afraid to do the leg work
Vana - seems a bit teflon, nothing special but nothing sticks
Brett - slightly less incompetent that the rest of them.

Why is Vana "quietly competent" and Gary "does nothing" when the latter has, if anything, done more than the former? Is everyone just following bookmakers odds that have had her and Joseph as the Final Two?
I can see her getting there. but her performance alternates insight and sense, with stupidity. She downsized her teams aspirations to be Capability Brown on the handyman task, but that was only minutes after being shown conducting poor market research - instead of making any money . She's done that throughout.,.Her PM performance was dire. You would struggle to find more good moments for her than for Charleine. Charleine's problem is that Lord Sugar won't want to work with her personality , and her project - if its what she does now - probably won't interest him, or probably be based where he wants it.

Joseph seems steady and solid , but hardly Apprentice material in the old terms, or anything like as as good as most runners up. Does he have anything lucrative to offer.?

Brett is NCO material - but not officer , SAS, or Intellignce Corp bound. .
