Sunday and today are better though. Alough the weather has cooled down now we've had two sunny mornings and clear nights. The sun was still only just rising above the horizon at 10am this morning. Then it clouded over and became miserable and gloomy, and it rained (no surprise there) and guess what... Yes, you guessed it, I had to the light on..
It's really cleared up again this afternoon. Haven't seen a December sunset yet, but I hopefully I will by the end of the month.
Clear sky now, I can see a beautiful 3/4 moon out of the window from my computer screen right now. lights been fading since 3pm but streetlights not come on till 4pm. Nice sky in the west, it's only just turned dusk now, on Saturday it was practically completely dark at this time. Certainly makes a difference when the sky's clear.”

Almost poetic there.
