Im not a nonstop Moffat hater I loved Series 5 and 6 But now his writing I just don't like, this episode, Heaven Sent, Well I was turned on at the end when The Doctor found Galifrey I got so hyped, but the whole episode I was just unenganged and on my iPad looking up and down, I came for Doctor Who for adventure and fun not Monologue and someone punching bloody glass or diamonds for 45 Minutes. I feel like Moffat was trying to be clever but the cleverness wasn't enganging it was just rambling and utter nonsense one minute were here and then there, The only thing that saved this episode for me was when The Doctor found Galifrey, we saw his confession dial and The Next Time trailer but I hope they get Timothy Dalton as Rassilon not the other guy.
Even going back to Press Gang, he could never tell a story with a start, middle and end. It had to jump back and forth.

I know right if I compare this episode to something like Vampires in Venice or The Sontarans Strategem, that is more Saturday BBC1 Telly than this it was just monologue how were people so turned on before the ending when The Doctor found Galifrey is beyond me, they must have a lot of patience, In my opinion

To me he's an incredible writer and he's been a huge credit to the world of Doctor Who. Every year he works his arse off to provide more Who for fans worldwide and I really appreciate the effort.

Nice visuals, hints of a greater mystery, enigmatic dialog, then it all peters out to nothing. Like Series 3 of Sherlock
Those flashback scenes went on far too long, but added nothing to the story. Like they were trying to fill a schedule

I agree, that episode just felt like it was just there.

Yet Planet of the Spiders hinted at that, and did it better, in a 4 minute sequence right at the end of the story

I didn't say it was dull I just said it wasn't the greatest yet it seemed more like BBC1 Saturday night, Your attempt at being clever just like Moffat's is failing :/

Surely the Doctor has a more interesting psyche than the one I saw explored tonight? I was bored stiff.
I really couldn't predict that we'd get these sort of threads, and different reactions in the main thread, tonight. My Daphne Moon-ish powers are failing me!
