The majority of the lump sum you pay out when you move is estate agent's fees so they're built into the sale price. Removals van, conveyancing fees etc are small beer by comparison. We've all moved house more than once I'm sure and are well aware of the costs.

Many have paid-off assets that are worth hundreds of thousands, a million plus in some cases and they complain just as loudly as the rest about free bus passes and TV licences. I'm describing my mum and all her friends there but with a hefty dollop of added racism. Guess which way they ALL voted in the referendum?
