Hes been doing it for a few years. But like straker said he is a hypocrite as he slagged it off last year and said he wasn't going to use it anymore but surprise surprise hes still on it.

Today we have pigeons as a topic. Wasn't there a big us presidential debate a fews hours ago and somebodys speech being changed without telling him at the labour get together in liverpool yesterday. Matthew and his priorities.

'If you are going to fight every question' he says this coming from wrighty who fights every caller who has an opposing view to his, No wonder we have so many snowflakes with this sort of garbage.
Straker

Callers ring in to answer the topic header, he then asks them one or more different questions and gets annoyed with them for wanting to talk about the original subject. Textbook Wrighty - Total lack of self-awareness.

Five minutes on his diet. Fascinating.

God-botherer Lancel approves of using boxing to get suckers into church seemingly justifying it by saying there's lots of violence in the Bibble (sic). He's being particularly annoying this morning.

Worrying about boxing in a church when there is a guy nailed to cross with blood dripping from the wounds looking down on them 24/7.

Topic of the day coming up

Doesn't everyone do that?

Got proper animated there did Lancel. Thought he was going to launch into a rousing hymn for a second.

To be fair on the debate, I doubt anybody on the show and most watching it stayed up to watch it so what would the discussion be? It would have been a good discussion for tomorrow when the panel would have had time to actually watch the debate.

The speech change, does that warrant a discussion and phone in really? It deserved a longer showing and more discussion in the paper review but not sure what there really is to say.

All because he was being given a lesson by someone who knew what they were talking about, not just a on3e-line tabloid response.

And then, during the paper review, we get the clip of Hillary Clinton calling Trump a man who gets annoyed at a Tweet. Irony, much?

First Vaz and now Allardyce - What is it with Wrighty defending the indefensible lately?

Shutting the knowledgeable first caller down before he'd even got two sentences out. WTF does MW know about footie? As much as I do - Nothing.

Paul's a character!

I think I criticise this show less than most, but this is one thing that drives me mad about Matthew.
He wrong foots people by asking a different question, then gets shirty if they stumble trying to answer or ignore the question altogether and go ahead with the point they wanted to make.
I fancy that most callers aren't accustomed to being broadcast live on tv, they know they'll have little time to make their point anyway before he interupts and just want to make their point.

Manchester man was a classic. "Managers are worth nowt mate, my milkman could do the job..".

Next time Wrighty swans off on one of his many 'sick' days they should get Paul to chair the show. He'd be much cheaper and better entertainment value.

Well, we're all shocked to see Comrade Corbyn first up aren't we?

Storm on a skive....Again!

New dye-job for Wrighty's barnet and weird triangular eyebrows it seems.

Self-employed people who wilfully conflate tax avoidance with tax evasion are the worst kind of hypocrites as they themselves engage in perfectly legal tax avoidance on a yearly basis as they submit all manner of deductibles to minimise their tax liability.

...

God-botherer namechecking his sprog more often than Dom Holland does his son, and he's bloody Spiderman!!

Lancel is going to be a real apologist for his children if their behaviour is questionable.

Christine H on Weds mentioned "there certainly is smoke without fire."

The Hamilton's rape alibi was Derek Laud.

Derek's Wikipedia got edited a few years back

It used to read in the opening paragraph:

"Laud is a long standing family friend of Samantha Cameron’s family and a personal friend of David Cameron and attended their wedding at Ginge, in Oxfordshire. He has a wide circle of friends in the celebrity, political and business communities."

But not anymore……….

It used to read under ‘Personal life’:

"Laud has a wide circle of friends in the Conservative Party. The list of Tory friends with whom he is known to go on holiday and socialise with is illustrious, and includes Lord McAlpine, Peter Lilley and Michael Portillo."

But alas no longer."

I really hope Andrew Lancel's son turns out to be a nightmare when he is a teenager, how could he defend the parents who bailed out their daughter. I have found him incredibly annoying and sanctimonious this week. The fact he's a god botherer probably explains a lot.

I reckon they're losing Storm soon. You heard it here first!
