The detention gag getting aired three times even though it wasn't funny even once.

Usual technical slickness we've come to expect from TWS.

Two days running now, the one with fat elbows is making out she's a healthy eater, lambasting slim Wrighty for his ready-meals as she goes through checkout with nothing but fresh veg....allegedly! I didn't know Greggs sold loose veg.

....

Stamp duty for first time buyers - How can finding a few grand for SD be "as hard as finding a deposit" that will run to many tim£s that for even an average priced home these days? Why conflate the two when they are nowhere near close?

....

Kanye's just tired apparently. Yeah, I'm sure that's all it is....

Conran saying the Snowflakes exist in "an echo chamber of their own opinions" ironically echoing exactly what he's read in the papers the last few days. We read it too Alexis.

Clearly he's never visited DS!!

Lovely to see Alexis back on TWS, one of the best panellists on there.

I couldn't believe my ears either when she said that!!! Why do some people who are really overweight try and make out they eat very little or eat healthily, they're fooling no one but themselves.

Has he got any self awareness at all given the show that he regularly appears on?

Maybe with some people there's a lot of projection going on? They want to be seen as being as perfect as they can be so their own failings are projecting onto other people, whether they are consciously aware that they're doing it or not.

Anyway, if someone tries to preach to me about healthy eating when it's almost Christmas they can do one. I'm going to eat like a champion guilt-free.

Does the world need a knock-off Gadget Show with Alexis? Dave thinks so.

DFS is too high brow for rebecca more like home bargains. Sam the eagle and brigstocke together the ego-meter and smugness will be off the scale.

"Do ditherers drive you crazy?" A nutjob is about to enter the White House but nothing stops the tide of mind-numbing trivia they find to discuss on this show.

Wrighty having a cheeky dig?

"Asset-stripping?" says Rebecca. "Sometimes businesses are too fat and they need to be trimmed down to survive" he retorts. "OK", she meekly replies!

Addiction can only be classed as a "disease" if you have no control over it. People kick addiction every single day proving it is a choice and not something inflicted upon smokers/drinkers/drug-users.

Wrighty giving the bum's rush to the Brexit pensioner. Don't normally agree with him shutting callers down but I'll let that one slide.

He really is the vilest, most passive aggressive arse going. I know the type - patronise, argue with, shout down, wind up someone and then say "Calm down" to the other person they have treated like sh!te when they try hard to get their side out. Horrid man.

It didnt help though as she was disageeing with him too. Poor old mattie the opening debate was a mess that went pear shaped the moment the callers arrived. Really its too hard and too vague a subject to be done on TWS. Even the politics show and Question Time arn't making any progress with it.

Then the papers has turned out to be a totally dire and gloomy half hour with no up moments so not a good show so far.

And that's even before you include the regular bollockings given out to whoever runs the autocue and writes the bits of script he didn't do himself, because he can't follow them. Wear your glasses on air, you vain fool.

Matthew Wright claimed in his conversation with Miles Hunt that Hawkwind had a top ten album this year. No they didn't, it went to number 29. They've only ever had one top ten album and it was in 1973.

I think he meant Neil from The Young Ones' other favourite band, Marillion, who did somehow get into the top ten this year.

What in hand, Straker? Oh, 'cash', sorry I misread it

Poor Stormy. Reduced to taking Straker and other DS gentlemen in hand to make ends meet. I say we start a crowdfunding page now to save her from such a fate

On home turf he will be even more demented but still stuck in the 80's and burnham as well. Vodka stock up needed.
