I think you have succinctly summed Mathew Wright up eloquentl and I doff my cap to you

Not fired from the Wright Stuff though please I couldn't bear it if Kev wasn't there on Fridays.

I love showbiz types telling us about cutting sugar or dairy out of their diets because we all know the rest of their lifestyles are without any vices whatsoever. Inventing a food intolerance doesn't make you any more interesting, soap-bint.

Size of Jennifer Ellison! Presumably that's the "before" so she can flog a weight-loss DVD?

After a week of wrightys musings Kev is like a bright light in a very long dark tunnel.

It will be the after as well except the corset will be pulled tighter and photoshop, quite a lot in her case will be used. Just ask Kerry coketona and natalie cassidy from eastenders.

Is there any problem in our hopelessly broken world that can't be "solved" by the application of yet another tax? Not at all patronising to assume all poor folk are necking Tizer instead of water is it? You can get two litres of bottled water for half the price of the cheapest 2L soft drink so it's bogus to make out cost is a factor in choosing fizzy pop.

As long as smoking is legal the health service will be dealing with more problems as a result of that rather than people enjoying a Cherry Coke now and again. On the other hand Matthew hates soft-drinks so they MUST be banned or taxed out of reach of the poor!

What an odd view of "the poor" Matthew has. Apparently they're hopelessly addicted to Pepsi as they gather en masse, huddling together in Community Centres (assuming they've not been closed down by the Evil Tories) for warmth transfixed by Jeremy Kyle on ITV. Nothing patronising in that laughable cliche, nope nothing at all.....

Still no mention of Hillary and her 'dodgy' emails.

Day 3 of Wrightys Dave "love in" continues. I think we all know what your answer will be matthew.

If you want to deal in feelings matthew head on over to mumsnet, its in the basement below the guardian.

The doublethink of TWS summed up perfectly within the space of ten minutes - Firstly saying how affecting he found Morwenna's film dealing with IVF and then in the next segment railing against "your 'orrible kids". We've come to expect this sort of thing in his show but the two polar opposite stances aren't usually slammed together so directly. Such a continually weird mindset to keep airing in public...

The crucial word matthew is 'could' not will.

God help the people of Brighton with lyons on the radio. All that'wit' and bile.

Crying about the price of women razors but they will go out and think nothing of spending hundreds on coloured scented liquids and creams.

I daresay it's more involved and time-consuming to coiff Morwenna's barnet than it is to give a balding city gent a short back and sides and perhaps, just perhaps that's why there's a difference between the price of a hair-cut for men vs women. But why bother with the facts when we can just stoke up more baseless talk of inequality?

Maybe we will have a matthew robot in a few years painted and programmed red with bonus features of jazz hands, hissy fits and being a big tit.

Those pesky lawyers Matthew. Maybe read the whole article instead of the headline in future.

Wrighty wasn't so comfortable with today's alcohol causes cancer issue though. Since giving up fags he's become the typical hateful anti-smoker and jumps on any opportunity to bash 'em, but he fiddles a different tune when it comes to booze.

I wonder why?

Cameron leads the show.....again. At least it'll provide some mirth as Gemma Collins tries to articulate an opinion on the subject.
