Jesus Christ, did Enzo Cilenti seriously just manically laugh when Dorries mentioned the Paris attacks?
Sycophantic (sickophantic) idiot. He laughed because he knew Matthew wanted the support. These people need to grow a pair. Bad timing for hysterical laughter you sad pathetic IDIOT!

I mean, I don't actually have much time for Dorries (she's actually blocked me on Twitter and, no, I wasn't abusive), but the stupidity of the other three laying into her is astounding.
Thats the power of corbyn. Diss him in front of Wrighty and all hell is let loose. He cannot be impartial with this subject as you know where his sympathies lie. The same happened yesterday when he started on the callers. As for Cilenti laughing about Paris that was a disgrace and wright should have pulled him up on it. Gastroprat was just as bad.

To be fair to him,
I think he was laughing at the idea that if you don't support extending the booming into Syria then you somehow are not sympathetic to the Paris victims.

I agree with her stance on the vote, but I think she went a bit OTT on that point.

She was responding to Stefan's implication that politicians like Dorries were just engaging in jingoistic rabble-rousing, to which she said that he should be ashamed for saying such a thing. She was making the point that her view was swayed by what she saw as a genuine threat in light of Paris. Had it gone down as above, I would still think it inappropriate, but I'd have a bit more sympathy with him. Either way, I found his behaviour childish and very bizarre. Weird that I find myself defending Dorries, but hey-ho.

The panel totally misunderstanding/misrepresenting the story about male/female brains, although this is probably due to the ill-informed reporting of it (I didn't catch which paper it came from).

The study (which is just one study and doesn't 'prove' anything) indicated that there is no totally male or totally female brain, in terms of perceived male/female traits, but there is a lot of overlap, to varying degrees in each individual.

What it did not say was there is no difference between male and female brains, which implies gender difference is all culturally imposed, which is clearly nonsense.

However the panel seem to come to this conclusion, which confirms the left-leaning view of the Blank Slate, that if you could make society more gender-neutral then there would be no difference between the sexes and we would all live happily ever after.

It would've been interesting if someone had brought up the mindset of transgendered people, who feel their brain is in the wrong body. How do the socialist Left square their belief that there is no difference between male/female brains with their support/encouragement for the transgendered?

I found Nadine's automatic assumption that psychological abuse was also mostly perpetrated by men offensive. In my experience it's women who emotionally and psychologically manipulate as their default setting and indeed see absolutely nothing wrong with doing so either!

I thought he let out a disbelieving hoot at her outrageous claims about the recent terrorist attacks. Perhaps when the UK gets drawn into the same situation as France. Nadine, Cameron and the other drum beaters might rue their rash, hurried call to arms !

That's how I saw it, the fact that dropping bombs ( I'm not sure how many we have left) will make this country safer is just mind boggling. These scumbags probably have cells all over the world and are simply awaiting orders.

Nodding Doris says her 'stalker' has an inflated sense of self importance and no empathy. Now THAT is irony!

Indeed, the lie that there are '70,000 moderates' set to support a Western invasion will turn out to be just as bogus as Blair's that Iraq had WMDs - which Dorries still refuses to accept was utter cobblers.

Matthew with the smug face again as the other two are backing him.
I hate these TV people who think a little bit of positive crowd reaction validates their opinion. Clapping good, booing wrong, and that's the only truth that counts in their minds.
It certainly demonstrates how narcissistic they are.
Every topic on this show appears to be balanced on how many people Matthew can get on his side.

I can understand that. It's incredibly dumb George W Bush logic. That to make things right and justice be served revenge is right, even if it ends up killing even more civilians than were murdered in Paris.

Bombing in itself is no solution, and as recent past has taught us can make the problem worse in the years to come.

However it's a very childish way in which to put forward your argument, you look just as much of a maniacal nutter as the bombing fans.

Another day, another book plugged by Nadine. She'd have us believe she churns these out just on one hour a day's writing before she throws herself into a full day of politicking.

And now she's telling us she's writing a drama series as well! MPs justified their high salary by claiming they work all the hours god sends and yet she seems to live the life of a full-time writer.

I'm sure she just manages her time well.

I wouldn't have blamed her for not coming back at all after that lynching yesterday on the Syria topic.

Matthew still a bit tetchy today. Do not diss the corbynista. He's like a petulant child.

There are many full-time, professional writers that come nowhere near her output. We pay her @£80k a year for her FULL attention, not as an allowance to support her prolific writing career.

Jesus, I'm usually a lot kinder to Matthew than many on here but, good God, his behaviour when discussing Syria, etc, really is outrageous. There's no pretence of actually trying to carry on an even-handed debate.

In that case you have to stop all MPs from doing anything other than their work as an MP

Wrighty must be boiling inside as nadine sticks the knife over Corbyn. Matthew i know you are not that innocent but just go on Twatter and you will find some vile comments from labour about Cameron and co. It happens every hour of everyday yet is ignored by you.

Struggling to get by on £80k is she? Writing at that level is a career in its own right - It's clear she is not giving her full attention to her MP's job. Let's face it, it's not the first time that accusation has been thrown at her.

A man that uses "hide the sausage" and "ladybumps" when other pre-watershed acceptable words/terms are available is already declaring himself as emotionally immature I'd say.

First caller of the day cut-off before 10am. I rest my case.

I think Matthew had an extra large bowl of bitch flakes for breakfast this morning. Contrary to my previous comments, he does seem to have an equally short fuse with everyone this morning!
