I don't really care to be honest and her constituency seem relatively pleased with her work going by her increased majority after 2 of her 3 books were released

He's really losing it today with the callers just cutting them of even before they get a word in. He started this topic but it looks like it backfired on him again. Just let people have their say instead of going down their throats. Its not that difficult. Thats three days in a row this has happened. Will he make it four tomorrow?

I don't particularly like her, but she does seem to be a good constituency MP.

I've written for a few websites in the past at the same time as doing a full-time job. Neither the job or the writing was on the same scale of what she's supposedly doing and yet I struggled to meet deadlines and give my full attention to both even on a weekly basis.

We all know it's not possible to do both. Is she supposed to be working right now or is she just picking up another fee? At what point do we, the public, say - Just do the job we pay you for rather than using it as a platform for earning several other wages at the same time?

Nadine earlier chastising others for revealing details of that PRIVATE meeting yesterday and has just done it herself twice. It's OK to do it when it benefits them but not when it's critical of them it seems.....

How does she find the time to appear on this programme every day, AND write books, AND be an MP?

He'll be covering the commons debate today, tomorrow so it's a guarantee there'll be more of the same aggressive behaviour.

....

Confirmed by Wrighty, agreeing with Nadine - "I try and be annoying every day". Both of them - Mission Accomplished I'd say!

I missed that bit, what was the explanation given ?

Matthew blowing a gasket with callers today, accusing one of having no manners, pot and kettle ?

He said that Peter Andre wanted him to sign a document as to what questions he would or wouldn't ask him and he refused to do that so didn't have him on the show.

A man that uses "hide the sausage" and "ladybumps" when other pre-watershed acceptable words/terms are available is already declaring himself as emotionally immature I'd say.

First caller of the day cut-off before 10am. I rest my case.
The irony of using the phrase 'hide the sausage' to somehow appear more family friendly is that it can have a tendency of creating the opposite effect by conjuring up imagery in the mind. But if you just simply say 'having sex' the conversation can move along naturally without drawing attention to the imagery involved of a sausage being hidden.

I'm sure she just manages her time well.

I wouldn't have blamed her for not coming back at all after that lynching yesterday on the Syria topic.
Good telly though.

I think he is obviously suffering from LOLO (Lack Of Leg Over). I have seen it so many times and have written a thesis on the subject entitled 'please luv, please, I'm begging you' available £1.50 by post. After all, it's not for me but the callers.

There every chance he could go really mental tomorrow the way things are going. Is nadine back tomorrow?

Message to Peter Andre, declare your love for jezza and Wrighty may have gone easier on you.

In that case you have to stop all MPs from doing anything other than their work as an MP
This is a regular suggestion that comes up due to the distractions, and sometimes potential conflicts of interest, that having extra jobs might cause. There have been examples where the amount of other jobs some MPs hold must surely compromise their time and ability to give it their all. Given that being an MP is a somewhat unique type of job is your suggestion that unreasonable?

Incidentally I have not seen the show this week but it sounds like MW has been on especially bad form. I don't know if I am relieved or disappointed to have missed it.

He's been awful from what I've seen which was both days with Nadine on the panel. They are quite clearly on different sides of the political world but I've never seen him talk to her in the way he did these past couple of days.

Quite possibly my favourite part was cutting the first caller off, possibly Tuesday, shouting her down for not having manners and then started the second part in a very rude way. Was it "we don't have the time and quite frankly I'm don't care" or words to that effect.

Corbyn has brought the worst out in Matthew.

And yes I do think it's unreasonable in the case of writing a book. If Nadine or any MP wants to write a book before and after they go to work, what business is it of anybody else? How she chooses to spend her personal time isn't anything to do with us.

If she, and other MPs, have time for a full-on writing career then they're not working hard enough at the job we pay them for.

....

Badminton bint is back. As long as the discussion is about her sport or weight loss we can be sure she'll have an opinion.

No mention of the fact that those 66 labour members are being threatened with deselection by the hard left in the party. No fan of Hilary Benn but he made corbyn look like an idiot last night. Again wrighty trying to push the Corbyn is a pacifist line, what a joke.

Still better than Fatima Whitbread.

Hmm, support this air strike in Syria and you obviously love the Saudis. Classic strawman from Wrighty.

Or Wrighty will broaden the debate and say the caller is deviating from the topic.
