What got me really wondering (not that I spend all my time thinking about Matthew) is that him and his wife spent Christmas apart. Not because of work but because Matthew went on holiday!!! I'm sorry, each to their own etc, but that is just weird quite frankly. You don't have to love Christmas to want to spend time with you other half! It's not like they are in each other's pockets either as they both work.

In my opinion, I think he has narcissistic tendencies and if severely provoked, could turn quite aggressive and yes, can imagine him interrupting his wife like he does the callers.

Its the fear mongering thats being pushed hard by the media since it was announced. You only have to look at the republic of Ireland and their referendums on the EU a few years back. Voted No in 2008 but was not the 'right' answer so held a second one in 2009 which gave the 'correct' answer. Democracy the EU way in action people.

I enjoyed that call this morning. Not because she was very anti the junior doctors, but because Matthew was obviously gearing up to do his usual snarking and she basically undercut all his arguments so he pretty much had to back down. I'm quite surprised he didn't just hang up on her when he saw it wasn't going his way.

No idea, but his 'jokes' about married life do seem to be getting more frequent and barbed lately. It could explain his ever-worsening mood.
